SENIOR FOUR-BALL CHAMPIONSHIP ENTRY INFORMATION

PLEASE READ

Include an email address on your application for entry for prompt acknowledgement of your accepted entry. NO REFUNDS of accepted entries will be made after April 11, 2008; however, a player may substitute another player who meets all eligibility requirements. Cancellations between April 11 and April 27 will only be considered for refund if the reason is illness or injury and a doctor’s report is submitted with request. A $25.00 service charge will be deducted, per player, from all refunds.

Club Membership fees may also be paid by check or credit card.  WTNGA CLUB MEMBERSHIP FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.  Click on Member Clubs to determine the status of your club and/or your partner's club.

To enter online you must provide credit card information.  Credit card payments for your team entry fee will not be run through your account until your team entry has been accepted.  Players will be contacted by email when the credit card has been charged with the entry fee.
